The transformation of TESTFEN Private Course, located in the Kızılay district, into a student dormitory was undertaken by MSM Architecture & Engineering as a comprehensive conversion project. The existing classroom layout was redesigned to accommodate dormitory rooms, common living areas, study spaces, a dining hall, and social facilities, while all architectural and technical works were updated in accordance with modern dormitory standards.
The building’s infrastructure was meticulously addressed in terms of fire safety, acoustic comfort, mechanical and electrical systems, and accessibility criteria, resulting in a safe and functional living environment. The project stands as a strong reference demonstrating MSM Architecture & Engineering’s technical expertise and creative problem-solving capability in transformation projects.
