The exterior thermal insulation works of the three blocks located in the school campus of Gölbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School were successfully completed by MSM Architecture & Engineering within the scope of the KABEV Project. The main contractor of the project was Turyapı, and the consultancy firm was Tima Engineering, with all construction processes carried out under the coordination of these two organizations.
In order to increase energy efficiency in educational buildings, reduce heat loss, and ensure the long-term durability of the building envelope, the external thermal insulation (ETICS) system was applied in accordance with technical specifications. Since the project involved large façade areas across three blocks within a campus environment with varying elevations and heavy student circulation, all works were executed in full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
As MSM Architecture & Engineering, we completed all stages—from surface preparation to fixing, mesh, plaster, and final coating applications—in a controlled, systematic, and quality-oriented manner. The insulation materials used were selected based on durability, fire safety, energy performance, and longevity criteria, contributing to the modernization of the school building.
This project represents a significant façade improvement within public educational infrastructure, once again demonstrating MSM Architecture & Engineering’s technical expertise, site management capability, and solution-oriented approach in large-scale public projects.
