Within the scope of the KABEV Project at the Ankara Beytepe Gendarmerie Coast Guard facility, MSM Architecture & Engineering served as a subcontractor for a total of 70,000 m² of exterior thermal insulation and renovation works. Since the project involved the modernization of a military facility, all processes required high-level security standards, a strict work schedule, and full compliance with technical specifications.
As MSM Architecture & Engineering, we carried out façade insulation (ETICS), façade repair works, surface preparation, and complementary renovation applications in a coordinated manner on site. Working alongside the main contractor Turyapı and the consultancy firm Tima Engineering, we actively contributed to quality control, material management, and application verification processes at every stage of the project.
Due to the large-scale façade area and the operational continuity and security protocols of the military facility, the project required advanced planning and site organization. All works were completed in full compliance with occupational safety regulations, technical standards, and the project timeline, resulting in a durable, energy-efficient, and long-lasting façade performance for the building.
This comprehensive application once again demonstrates MSM Architecture & Engineering’s technical capacity, site management experience, and solution-oriented approach in large-scale façade projects.
